Shipping policy

At Solara Home, upon receipt of an order we will endeavor to dispatch the order from our warehouse as soon as possible - this is usually dispatched within 2 business days. During particular high demand periods this can be longer (up to 4-5 business days).

Please ensure that all delivery details provided at checkout are accurate and complete, including the correct street number and any required unit or business information.

Solara Home is not responsible for orders that are delayed, returned, or undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the customer.

In the event that an order is returned to us as a result of an address error, the customer may be required to cover any non-recoverable shipping or redelivery costs before the order can be resent or refunded.

Once your order is dispatched, you will be immediately sent an tracking number, which you can track your order on our website (solarahome.co/tracking).

Orders from shipment to delivery worldwide may take up to 10 business days, although usually earlier. This may vary during peak trading or shipping seasons, and vary by country or jurisdiction.
